Awesome plugin, even better support!

We wanted to include a puzzle in our new website, but had a very specific idea of how we wanted it to work. We were excited when we found this plugin, but were disappointed when it did not operate how we hoped. I dug through the PHP and Javascript trying to tweak it, but my knowledge is limited so I didn’t get very far. We had pretty much decided to scrap the whole puzzle idea, but I decided it was worth trying to reach the developer of the plugin for assistance. I posted in their support forum, and got a response the same day! I explained what we were trying to accomplish, and no only did the dev help me make some changes myself – when I was still struggling, they had me provide them with an admin login to my site and they went in and fixed it for me! I couldn’t have asked for anything more, and now the plugin does exactly what we wanted it to do! HUGE thanks to the developer of this highly recommended plugin. It’s a very simple plugin, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do – and MORE (if you ask).
