• I had a really bad experience with Users Ultra. Be careful that they apply automatic payment renewal on your account when you take a license. I bought their plugin 2 years ago but in fact didn’t use it as it stress too much the database and is so slow that not possible to use in a high traffic website! The other day, I’ve seen that they take 160$ on my Paypal account so I contacted them immediately to have a refund considering that I’m not using their plugin and didn’t planed to use it anymore…you guess what, after 8 emails I still not received any answer from them…they take my money and they go! So take care, people behind Users Ultra are not professional, they really don’t care about their customers and they only want to take your money and then bye bye!
    Avoid Users Ultra! You should better go with Ultimate Member which I use on a website with more than 11K members and it works well, and the guys behind are honest, opposite to users ultra!

    (UPDATE): The developers told me that they will refund me and you guess what? They didn’t refund me, their speech is worth nothing…take care guys, do not buy the PRO version!! There a lot of membership alternative plugins on WordPress that are far better than this plugin with honest developers behind! This is the first time I see people like this since working for more than 10 years with WordPress and all kind of developers from all around the world!

    This is not the place to talk about the pro version, however, i would like to clarify, the refund is not a problem. However, you’re stating that you contact us 8 times, which is no true. Actually, we have checked our ticketing system and we were able to find your ticket, actually, i clearly remember that i replied to that ticket within the same day you opened it. Perhaps, you could check your spam folder, sometimes the replies go straight to the spam folder.

    As for your first ticket we replied letting you know that the refund takes about 3-10 days to be processed.

    Again, I’m sorry about the issue you’re experiencing and I totally understand your point. We are not a dishonest company and we will take care of your issue immediately.

    I’ll check my spam folder and if you want I can send you back the 8 emails as I saved them all, I sent them between December, 4 and December, 7 and today.
    I’ll check for the refund. Thanks for letting me know it. When I receive the refund, I will revise my review, sure.

    Hi,

    I’ve sent you an email through your contact form as you told me, with no reply at all since 2 weeks. You told me that you will refund me but I didn’t received any refund or any news from you.
    What’s wrong with you guys? Do you really care about your customers or are you just here to make money, money and even more money??
