AVH Extended Categories: Top Categories -> no RSS image shown

Hi,
at the widget “AVH Extended Categories: Top Categories” I’ve set the RSS image (yes, the path of this image is definitely right!), but the image is not shown at all:
Firebug don’t show anything about an image, see here:
Look at this weird

<a title ...There seems something missing … bug?
Any idea?
