Avatar not uploading after cropping

    Hey guys,
    I am running BP and WP together, default theme for BP. I am trying to add profile pictures by changing the avatar. Everytime I upload an image and gets to the cropping step.
    I get this error soon after:
    “There was a problem cropping your avatar, please try uploading it again”.
