   I all,

   Iam new to wordpress but i have lookt over some other blogs and there i saw a few blogs who have avatars at there comments.

   Is there a plugin for this? if so where can i get it

   http://www.gravatar.com/ is the current leader of the pack. They have a WordPress plugin. I have a different version available here:
   http://www.skippy.net/blog/category/gravatars
