    I do not think it is about the whole plugin but only “Move scripts to the footer” option.

    As is stated in the plugin documentation, “Move scripts to the footer” option only works if you have plugins and a theme that utilizes the wp_enqueue_scripts hook correctly.

    Since not all authors follow the WordPress standards, you can disable this option if you have issues with other plugins/themes that incorrectly uses the wp_enqueue_scripts hook.
