autostart/autoplay Quicktime embedded not working

the site is at http://www.sfrsh.biz/shhh/?page_id=8. pretty silly eh? anyways, the movie file isnt loading like it should be….is this wordpress, or a file on my server i need to update, or an outdated quicktime plugin? I can’t figure it out.
