   Recently lost a long post and noticed that auto save and revisions are gone.

   I thought it was part of the default install, but checked my other sites and it disappeared everywhere.

   What happened and how do I enable it again?

   I just looked through one of my multisite installs and can't find any posts with revisions. The autosave was one of WP's most useful features.

   I have another new WP multisite install (set up about 6 weeks ago) and also have no revisions.

   Bummer.

   Thanks! Just last week I discovered this display option, but it also was strange that I had lost an ENTIRE LONG post. It didn't show up in the drafts.

   But it hasn't happened since then and it looks like the autosave is working now, so all is well -- I think.
