I never managed to get a post publish to my page. Anyone from facebook can help me? I linked my account ok, selected the page in the plugin settings but my posts are not going to the facebook fan page.

I have the same problem. Facebook’s documentation on this plugin makes no mention of needing to be logged in for this to work. I don’t even understand how that is supposed to work if I want multiple authors to be able to write articles and have them all show up on my Facebook Fan Page. Do they each need to be logged in, and how do I connect their Facebook account with the Facebook App that allows the interface???

You can issue long-lived tokens for your App by heading tohttps://developers.facebook.com/apps/ and clicking Your App > Settings > Advanced
Find the line “Remove offline_access permission” and disable the setting. This will extend the life of the access tokens that allow FB to post.

I’m having the same issue myself and I’m only using scheduled posts. I just tried out the solution from @bradkovach and I’ll come back with the result if it works.
OK, I tested the suggested fix myself last night and still did not work when i checked this morning.
Facebook need to get a fix in for this as currently anyone who needs to auto post is having to do it manually (Myself included!). It kind of makes the whole plugin useless for me which is a shame as this would have been really good.
I have changed the app as suggested above and it keeps me looged in, but it comes up with an error message when I publish, then works when I publish a second time, but only publishes a link to my blog, it doesn’t publish any pictures or text to facebook at all, it’s a shame really it could be really good.
Another issue
The like button shows the same like count and person that’s liked on every post, I think I’m going to move away from this plugin for a while, it needs beta testing.
Same here, auto-posting still not working after trying out @bradkovach’s solution. Even after the plugin update it is not working.
I wonder if it actually works for anyone 😐
It works all the time for me as long as I am logged into Facebook as ME, not the page. Its frustrating because I have scheduled post set everyday for 9am and I don’t always have time to use FB in the morning.
Can anyone suggest a good alternative? I just need my scheduled posts to appear on the Facebook page, nothing more fancy than that.
I’ve gone back to simple Facebook connect for now
