Automatically link words in posts to another page

    Is there a plugin that can automatically link certain words to another page?

    I believe this website is running WordPress and they have it for their news articles. wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2010/0930/532413/christian-cage/

    For every article, the first word for something like “Vince McMahon, WWE, Christian, Chris Jericho, Ken Anderson, etc” will link to their profiles. Is there a plugin that does this or was it custom made? Because this a good SEO tactic and would save me time from having to do it manually.
