   When I try to do an automatic upgrade for anything in WP, the ftp part says the login / password is wrong. It's not. Techs at Laughing Squid, where it's hosted, can't figure out the problem either.

   Any ideas?

   Hi,

   Check with these;

   - Try to reset the password
   - rsync the ftp account and password [hosting provider can do it]
   - reset the permissions for ftp user

   If this can not resolve the case then recreate a new ftp account and have a try with that
