Automatic updtes?

    Hello – I use a webhosting service that features an auto-install of the WordPress software. What I’m wondering is if my site is automatically updated to the latest release of WordPress?

    Reasons I ask:

    1. First off I think it’d be awesome if I didn’t have to do the install myself.

    2. I noticed a couple things were changed in the “Write Post” part of the admin section. Mostly on the right hand side are some options, functions, or whatever that I didn’t notice there before.

    Thoughts?

    I’m not sure, but I don’t think the WordPress developers have anything to do with the installation scripts you find on various hosting services.

    You could try contacting your hosts, they would definitely know.

    Yeah, you’re right, I was hoping a WordPress user who was in the know might drop by and fill me in. Cheers
