Automatic updating of currencies

Hi,

I have installed the html-code for the currency converter on one of the pages on my site:

http://tripant.com/tips-for-resan/valutakurser-pa-resan/

It works great – but I have one problem. It does not update the currency rates automatically. Any suggestions? Please keep it simple, this is actually he first time I use any html-code:)
