Automatic publishing of saved posts

I have tried searching for something like this but I’ve not found anything. What I am wanting is a way to have WordPress automatically publish a saved post or better yet a group of saved posts on a schedule, like once a day at noon.

It’s easy enough to just log into admin and publish a saved post but there are times I would love to just get away for a weekend and not touch a computer. This would be a great tool to allow this.
