Hello
We have WordPress set up for our company's intranet, running off a Ubuntu 9.10 box. I'm wondering if there's a way of automatically authenticating and logging users in based on their Windows username (they log in using Citrix to Windows Server 2003 machines).
I know there are various plugins that allow AD/LDAP integration but these appear to be just for creating and managing user accounts - the actual process of entering the password on the WordPress page is still required of the user, at least from what I can see.
Does anyone know if the login process can be automated so that when they log in and the intranet loads up, they are logged into it automatically? I can't see this being a security problem as they would have to authenticate their login beforehand to log on to the server. It would save the need of entering their password twice.
Thanks
