  • In the admin area, under plugins, there will be a list of plugins that are already loaded and it is likely that WooCommerce is already listed there.

    If not, you will need FTP access to your host to delete or rename the plugins/woocommerce folder so you can do a fresh install.

    Thanks soooooooooooooo much. I had to go the FTP route with GoDaddy. I would never have figured this out on my own! I really appreciate your help!!!!
