Automatic insertion of wp-includes/js/l10n.js

    Hi,

    I have recently upgraded to WP version 3.1 and i ma noting that the head section is calling wp-includes/js/l10n.js?ver=20101110 and one more file from wp-includes.

    I already have many JS files, how can I merge these two with my private one.

    And, What do these files do, what is the purpose and need?
