I am getting very much comment posted on my blog, I'm so irritate. All of these comments are spam, and posted more than 100 comments on a day, I think all these comments are getting posted by automatic tools. Can some body help me "how can stop this?".

Make sure you have the Akismet plugin activated. It comes with Wordprerss by default.
Install the bad-behavior plugin as well. With it you can add particular emails and IP's to a 'black list' that will never be able to reach your site.
those are a good start.
