   Is there a plugin or a way to build a plugin that will periodically check and install updates to the wordpress core? Preferably, one that would email the admin letting them know that an update has be found and is being installed, sending another one once it's done? Also, might be getting picky here, the ability to select what types of updates it installs (e.g. 3.1.x or 3.x)?
