Hi, My client (Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary) has purchased Easy Modal Pro, and now I am trying to set up a modal to autoload when a visitor *first* loads a page (any page) on the site and then to not have the modal autoload again when that same visitor goes on to a different page on the site. We want the announcement to display for a given visitor just once, only on the first page load – and it could be any page of the site where they come in. I’m pretty sure I see how to set it up to autoload sitewide, but I don’t see how to configure EM to prevent the modal from autoloading on each ensuing page load…

Can you please point me in the right direction?

    Thanks!
    Susan

There is an option on settings for Auto Open Timer. This corresponds to the number of days to set a cookie for to prevent further opening. If you want to do this forever choose a very large number.

ie. a value of 365 would prevent it from reloading for 1 year.

Let me know if you have any further issues.

Agreed. There is a support request form on the website for these questions. Direct email support as well. Thanks @esmi for pointing this out.

    No probs. 🙂
