Might I suggest that you provide a link to a .PHP file for download as opposed to cutting-and-pasting. This will just lead to a bunch of unnecessary errors and problems.
Cool plugin BTW. 🙂 Any chance you can make it store the “modified” content back in the database such that you are not filtering the content each time it’s displayed.

Hi, cypher,
the text version is here:http://misguidedthoughts.com/autohyperlink.txt
(I’m not at my home or office computer right now, so I’ll work on getting things fixed hopefully soon.)
As for any other coding on that, I’ll definately need a lot of help. I’m not a coder. (I borrowed the code from a drupal module and added the wordpress functions stuff.) But with a little help from my friends….. 🙂
(Which means, I’ll see what I can do!)
Tell you what would be a nice feature on this would be the option to push any link posted thru a browser page.
ie: if i link to http://www.phunky.co.uk on http://www.eurocss.net then the plugin will redirect the page to http://www.eurocss.net/external/?url=www.phunky.co.uk taking them to a iFrame/frame based page the would allow you to semi-brand external links, like google does on images.google.
