Autofocus – Adding To Navigation

Hi guys, I am in the process of building my first website with WordPress (www.robwmayphotography.co.uk) and am playing around with trying to get AutoFocusPro working with my content (www.robwmayphotography.co.uk/testing) and getting on with it as it stands. But am hitting a wall with attempting to add links to the header/navigation bar. I have an external print sales page i need to add a link to (as on the current page http://www.robwmayphotography.co.uk) but cannot find a way to do this, any help would be amazing!
