Auto upload YouTube videos to wp site instead of embedding

    Hi there.

    I’m looking for a way to post videos to my site, but actually having it saved there.

    Here’s what I mean.

    I don’t want to embed because if the original source removes it, then I don’t have it as a working post anymore.

    Is there a plugin or a way that I can put a video link and it actually saves the video file on my site which will play on my own video player?

    If someone has a solution for this, I would really appreciate it.

    I have been wanting something like this for years, I have to manually upload it to server then link it to a post.

    There used to be something out there but like all plugins, they stop working eventually and the creator stops supporting it.

    JewTube (youtube) is a pain always deleting videos that expose the truth.
