Hey all-
I've searched for this and couldn't find the answer, but please forgive me if I've somehow duplicated something.
By default, all the users to my site will be assigned a Subscriber role and their posts will be held for moderation. But I would like to have them upgraded to, say, Author once they have "x" number of posts approved or have been members for "x" number of days.
I know I can do this one by one, but this will be a multi-user site and I have no idea how big it will get.
What I'm looking for is very similar to what the "BuddyPress Restrict Group Creation" plugin does:

Any thoughts or suggestions? They would be most appreciated.
