   when I select to automatic upgrade I get the following notice:
   "Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.4.1.zip."
   and 4 hours later, nothing more.
   and I don't see "wordpress-3.4.1.zip" file anywhere.
   apache web server, Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
   Server version: 5.1.63-cll
   Protocol version: 10
   MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
   MySQL client version: 4.1.22
   anybody have any suggestions to upgrade automatically?

   Hi,
   Just upload the new version to your server, and when you log in, WP will ask you if you want to update your database structure, so just confirm and let it do it's magic, ;-)

   You are not suppose to upgrade more then two major versions so in your case you will need to upgrade to 3.1,3.3 and then 3.4 manually
   You will instruction on same page
