    Hey Everyone,

Annoyingly (for me at least) I’ve started receiving emails informing me of an update for wordpress. I have tons of sites that tons more for clients, so this isn’t something I want to be informed of directly per site.

I have also found that several sites have ‘auto’ updated, which is definitely something I don’t want to happen.

Anyone know how I can easily change these settings? I have many many sites so the easier it is the better!

    Thanks

so I understand now that the auto updater is only for minor version updates. 3.8.1 to 3.8.2 etc. and major updates still require you to hit an update button. Good.

I still don’t want to have control of notifications on sites that I have a clients email registered against the wordpress admin email. (as many plugins use this email address for other notifications).

    Any ideas?

will this stop emails notifying of an update, not only an update that’s been successful?

“Subject: WordPress 3.8.2 is available. Please update!” emails?
