   Salaam,

   My question, is there anything that will scan my posts for keywords and create tags automatically? Also, by adding tags will this increase the traffic to my website? What are some other ways of increasing traffic?

   I would suggest looking for a plugin to see if one searches for tags automatically. I'm trying to promote my site Make Money Online Naked
