   Hi,

   My blog is called InsightIntoWellBeing.com.
   I would like to have people go to InsightIntoWellBeing.com/facebook
   and be automatically redirected to my facebook page which is
   http://www.facebook.com/people/Insight-Into-Well-Being/100001351345807

   Is there a way to do this without the use of any plug-ins?

   Depending on your host, you should be able to set up a redirect right in your host control panel. Just Google "redirect with [host name]."

   Yes, I am aware of that option, but to the extent that it's possible, I am trying to do everything within WordPress.

   Any ideas?

   I don't know of a plugin off the top of my head, but have you tried searching the plugins? You might find one.

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/redirection/ will let you handle the redirects inside wp, but there are also some redirect pages plugins and tricks like this http://txfx.net/wordpress-plugins/page-links-to/
