Auto populate the e-mail field in the form

I have a simple form in my home page named as ‘Subscribe Us’. This contains one field and a button. The text field inputs the e-mail from the user and on clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button, it should redirect to the ‘Subscribe Us’ page containing the same kind of form made from Contact Form 7 plugin. Now in this form i want the e-mail address entered earlier to be auto populated. Can this be done?? I need emergency help.

Or is there any widget available with Contact Form 7 for directly adding a form to subscribe the website??
