    I have been trying to use the auto import plugin with no luck. Looking at previous posts you mentioned that memory could have been an issue, so I have increased memory as much as Godaddy will allow and reduced the number of lines of the spreadsheet to less than 100.

    I have set up the import so that it should refresh every 15 minutes and am using the file on server as the import option (I’ve also used URL). It’s all showing as active in the interface, but when I change a table value I don’t get any update actually on the site.

    Any ideas what might be going on? Is it Godaddys servers as I only use these for testing in general and also have another testing server at Hostgator.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    If I understand correctly, you are trying this on a test server. Most likely, this does not have frequent visitors, right? That’s however necessary for WordPress to trigger the “Cron” job (scheduled execution of scripts) that runs the auto import.
