Auto fill AND submit form

    Hello everyone,

    I have a wordpress site that user HAVE to login to via Google SSO. Once they are in the site they can then request to join an internal message board.

    Is there a plugin (or way) to have them click a link and it automatically send an email or submit a form with their email address as the content?
