i've read your help. you guys don't mention if we are using web based email and not our domainname email. i would like to set
Email To: Webmaster,@hotmail.com or yahoo or gmail...
    and
Return-path address (recommended): Webmaster,@hotmail.com or yahoo or gmail...

i've read your recommendations/warnings of NOT using a Return-path address can be troulbe. but i'm not using ANY (mine) domain based email system. are your warnings so clear that i should NOT use hotmail, yahoo, or gmail (for Email To: and Return-path address)? and switch to creating domain based email for the site which i've installed FS Contact Form?

    thank you!

Most web hosts will not let you send directly to (or pretend to be from) web mail because spammers will do that.

This is what I recommend you should do:
For best results the “Email To” and the “Return-path address” should
be separate email addresses on the SAME DOMAIN as your web site. These
settings are on the Basic settings tab of the form edit page.

If you wish to forward the email to somewhere else like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, or some other domain, do that separately after the mail is delivered. Use the web host email control panel to setup a forward.

Do not use gmail, yahoo, hotmail, or other (not on the same domain) email address directly from the “Email To” address setting of the form.
Most web hosts will not let you send directly to (or pretend to be from) web mail because spammers will do that.
