Authorized But Not working

hi there – I just upgraded to Pro, hopefully you can see that on your end? I have setup this plugin in the past and it worked fine and was easy to setup. Maybe now that FB has more restrictions it’s more complicated to setup?

In wordpress, the plugin settings page shows “authorized”:

Plugin is authorized
Links will be added to Reform Drug Policy Project – Community

and when I click on that link for the page name, I am taken to the correct page.

but when I add blog posts to my blog, a link is not added to the FB page.

when I go to the app, I see that there are two errors:

1. On the Status & Review tab (left). on this page, I see that the review looks to be “in submission”. I am able to “discard Submission” if I were to click that button. I see the error flags next to

App Details
manage_pages

I did not add the groups to the Submission.

Does this mean that FB needs to approve the submission? I wonder why then on WP I see “authorized”?

2. On the App Details tab (left), I am getting this message:

Currently Ineligible for Submission
Your submission is missing data in the following fields:
Tagline
Description
Detailed Description
Privacy Policy URL
User Support Email or User Support URL
Show all (9)
Your submission contains the following errors:
You must choose at least one platform to be displayed
