Support » Plugin: Twitter Widget Pro » Authorize New Account not the same as @newTweeter

    Maybe I am missing something, but I would like to change my current Authenticated Twitter Account to an entirely new Authenticated Twitter Account. So, for example, from @myAcct to @myNewAcct.

    I thought Authorizing a new account would do it. However, when I click “Authorize New Account”, I am sent to Twitter, but it wants to Authorize @myAcct to use @myNewAcct.

    Perhaps there a way to delete current Account and Add a new account?

    Any help would be most appreciated.
    Thanks!

    Duh! Had to create new App via @myNewAcct at Twitter (dev.twitter.com/apps)

    Then “Authorize New Account” in Twitter Widget Pro Plugin.

    Finally enter in the appropriate “key” and “secret” in the settings of the Twitter Widget Pro Plugin.

    @myNewAcct is authenticated, @myAcct was un-authenticated.
