Author name that shows up: Info
Even though I am the author the name always shows up incorrectly in feeds. It seems like this data is being passed through to feedburner incorrectly but I am not sure at what stage the problem is happening at.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to check if "info" is listed as your preferred nick (under user profile) and/or what nick names you have available.
Try changing them. WP is passing on the nick name and not the author name or real name.
