   Hello!

   I'm trying to get an effect here... I'm new on wordpress- but ready to learn.

   If someone could help - there are two things I'd like to see happen. I'd like to be able to have in my Sidebar a list of my blog's Authors WITH a thumbnail pictures of them. Here's a good example;

   http://madlove.madmadmad.com/

   I'm also looking to have an image of that author be used whenever they make a post - next to their name and the date of the post. I don't have an example of this - but i'm pretty sure thats self explanatory.
