   Hii
   How can I publish a post under respective authors name. As an admin I want to post it myself. I don't want to create an account for authors since most of them are guests. Still I need to credit the authors by showing their name in the post. How can i achieve this ?

   Most of the time this is done, as you suggest, by having an account for that author and just selecting it for the byline like shown here...

   But for you, it sounds like the "Custom Author Byline" plugin is the ticket:
