[author link] in posts to [/about-me/] instead of author archive (author/[name])

    I can’t imagine this question hasn’t been asked and answered before, but my google-fu failed me.

    Blog posts have an automatic author link (by [link] posted on [date]).
    This link directs to the author archive (/author/[name]/).

    As I am the only writer for my blog, this is rather redundant; I’d rather have this link direct to the /about-me/ page.

    I couldn’t quite figure out how to change that. Any direct help, or a link to a solution to this would be greatly appreciated!

    No they don’t. This depends upon your theme. Try editing its template files.

    That explains why I couldn’t find it. Forwarded the question to the theme author.
