Author is putting his own ads

I wrote a detailed review on this plugin. here
I want the developer to answer me
I am really thakful to you that you give away this plugin for free, but in return what you are taking is too much, i was using this on my blog Design Rapid
By looking at source code i found

You are showing your own ads, further 7-8 affiliate link, your twitter handler, google+ handler, donate us button!!!! thats what i found till now
It come to my notice after i found i am getting unusually low CTR after istalling this plugin, by installing this plugin you may ask us to donate but you can sell your plugin for some money, but you can’t do things like this, this is really unethical
