I am using Faceboook connect. when someone connects it creates a profile automatically. people are labeled as subscribers by default and i don't want to change that.
is there a way to keep everyone at subscriber level and still allow then to edit THEIR posts

Or not, though VERY similar, and perhaps better served as asking how to customize the FaceBook connect plugin.

not even close to similiar. two totally diffent questions. one is about editing and one about linking. pay attention. not trying to be a jerk but man how are you a mod??

Manners and courtesy would be great. These forums are an excellent and free resource with extremely helpful volunteers. Abuse has no place here.

listen my post was closed because a mod wasn't reading and just closing. it would be nice if mods would do their job not close stuff because they DONT read.

they weren't lacking in respect when i asked. i am tired of people just assuming its the same question and not reading and locking. the posts were 2 different posts.

looking back at my post. i have it tagged P2 and it seems the question is very clear and was respectful. i wasn't mean until it was locked by a mod who was lacking in reading skills and locked it.
both threads are very clear and were at first post very respectful so nice try on that being why my stuff wasn't answered
