I am having issues getting an author bio box to work correctly in Atahualpa. I am very new at this and have only been using wordpress for about 2 days, so please be patient. The website I am working on is:

I've inserted the code into the appropriate Post/Page Info items in the theme options section. I only want the author bio to show up when you select the post (i.e. not on the main page that lists the blog posts). However, when I do that 1) the formatting gets messed up and 2) it appears that it's treating the entire bio as the rest of the footer (i.e. changes color on mouse over).
Is there anything that I can do to fix the bio while leaving it in the footer multipost/single post pages? Or is there another way I need to go about doing it.
When I had the bio in the Center Column section it looked fine (i.e. proper text spacing, padding, etc.), but it appeared after every post on the main page (which I do not want to do).
Take a look. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
