   Hello,

   I am getting an Authentication Failure when I try to use the shipping options on my site. I have entered all my correct passwords (i think I have anyway) that Canada Post gave me. Any suggestions?

   Hi Natalie,

   As explained over email, the credentials you were using were not the API credentials.

   Hi Vinny,
   The problem is I don't know what I am doing. I don't know how to install / authenticate my Canada Post API credentials. I just want to have a simple online bookstore (http://recovery101.ca) but setting up the shipping end of it is driving me whacko. Can you help? If not, do you know someone who could? I think if I was walked through the setup, set by step, I might actually get it done right. Thanks, Roger.
