Audio won't play front end & share counts not showing

I have several WordPress sites, but am tech impaired 🙂

My current issue is on this page: http://myalzheimersstory.com/2014/03/27/alzheimers-caregiver-q-a-with-cbc-quebec-am/ where I have embedded audio that plays fine on the backend but does not show or play on the front end.

To test, I have embedded the same audio on another site here: http://shequotes.com/2014/07/03/shequotes-on-conquering-fear-quote-fear-courage-determination/ where it appears and plays just fine.

Also, on http://myalzheimersstory.com/ the numbers of shares do not show on the share icons whereas they do on http://shequotes.com/

How to fix these issues please and thanks to anyone who can help me.
