HELP! Audio Player Refreshing My Website Too Much

    I’ve got a website someone designed for me that has a static menu on it, so when you click the different menu buttons only the contents of a main frame change. However they have placed the WordPress audio player on the main index page, and now when you click on the “main” menu option the entire site refreshes.

    A colleague of mine said it may have to do with the flash based WordPress plugin being active on that page now. Is this true?? Is there any to remedy this? Moving around between pages that constantly refresh is ANNOYING.

    Anyone who can assist that would be awesome.
