• Hi, I would like to know or thus, if not developed suggest that it be, whether there might be a security option for the WP audio player that disables users the ability to right-click and download embedded audio when viewing the blog as as RSS feed.

If I have permission to host a track, but without download prjverliges then I can’t, not entirely securely anyhow. As soon as a user looks at the RSS feeds of the blog then they can right click and download the files.

Surely theres a way to stop this?

    Nick

Right-click blockers don’t actually protect you from anything (I can still view source, get the URL, and download). If you put it online, there’s no way to prevent people from downloading it.

ANd I don’t think you can stop anything in an rss feed…. code doesn’t work the same way
