audio player not working in firefox and safari, help?

Can any one help me? I am having problems playing my audio player in firefix and safari. I have been referring to the closed forum http://wordpress.org/support/topic/179225?replies=531 and have taken all the steps Martin suggests to fix it with no avail.
I am getting error 404 everytime you click to pplay the song on both firefox and safari however it works fine in IE.
