I up loaded audio files on my blog - they were in mp3 format but when they are played on the website they are jumpy and distorted. I uploaded them using the upload media button. Do i need to convert them to a different file type or is there another way of putting them up?
    Thanks

I took down the most recent one because it didn't work but the same this happened to one earlier in the year - It's between autumn and halloween on the blog.
    Thanks

Why not use <a href="http://ballymanans.scoilnet.ie/blog/files/2011/10/skeleton-parade1.mp3"><img src="http://ballymanans.scoilnet.ie/blog/wp-content/mu-plugins/anarchy_media/images/audio_mp3_stop.gif" alt="Click to play." border="0" /></a> instead of the flash player?

The basic debug would be to disable all the plugins and turn them back on one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem.
