Audio Crowdsourcing Website

Hello,

First sorry for my english..
I want to create a Worpress Website with all the functionalities of a Crowdsourcing community website.

I’m not starting Blank, I have a little WordPress basis and hoster (issues) knowledge and I bought this amazing multipurpose theme: “The 7” from a famous website.

Now, i would like to know, from that theme “the7”, and with what plugins and code modifications can I implement those functionalities:

– Creating two different kind of account, with different rights: contesters, and organiser.
– A easily customisable pricing formulary, with boxes to check and cases to fill wich have a influence over a displayed price. (Ex: here)
– Allow contester accounts to:Send messages to each others, have a profil page, enter contests, upload there tracks to these contests.
– Have contests dedicated pages with a simple and efficient audio player list with all the contester tracks, with the possibility to vote (internally) and facebook…
– When you play a track, have a player like that: Indaba example (click any track and see the fancy player at the bottom of the page).

Off course i’m not expecting for you to tell me how o make it finger in the nose. I would like to know first about the most usefuls plugin to do that. Then if i have to do any code modification.
