Hoping someone can help me. I am attempting to add social media icons to my blog posts by installing a plug-in. Once I try to install the plug-in, WordPress prompts me for Hostname, Username, Password, and Connection Type (FTP or FTPS/SSL). I log in this information, which I think is correct, and it keeps saying: "Error: There was an error connecting to server, please verify the settings are correct."
I do not know what else to try... any suggestions?
