Attachment URL Redirects for Unattached Media

    Hello,

    I have a question related to the “Redirect attachment URL’s to parent post URL.” setting under Permalink Settings.

    It works great when an image is attached to an article, but when an image isn’t attached to an article, the attachment page still loads. Is it a good idea to redirect unattached media to the homepage, or request that this feature be added into future versions.

    Attachment URLs come out like this one:

    http://website.com/?attachment_id=65332
